California State Regional Center, LLC (CSRC) is owned and managed by Developer, General Contractor Steve Diede (Diede Construction, Inc.) and Hotel developer, Rohit Ranchhod. Both partners have a proven track record with over 100 years of real estate development experience with a nation-wide reputation for excellence.

Our team is what makes us unique; under one roof, we have an experienced group that can develop a project and sustain the operations well into stabilization. When it comes to development, we are always mindful of the future, as we own and operate our development projects with the intention of keeping them in our project portfolio for many years to come.

Rohit Ranhhod

Rohit Ranchhod’s career consists of the development, operations and management in the hospitality and food industry for over 35 years. Rohit has been responsible for the planning, design, franchise acquisition, loan approval, FF&E procurement, budget analysis, pre-opening logistics and post opening management and operations for multiple developments throughout California. He currently manages and supervises 8 hotel properties under the banners — Marriott, Hilton, IHG and G6.

STEVE DIEDE

Steven L. Diede, President of Diede Construction, Inc., founded Diede Construction in 1978. Since that time, Steve has successfully led the company’s growth for over four decades, leading construction projects for numerous Multinational Businesses, as well as Cities, Counties and Private Commercial Developers. Steve is constantly searching for new and challenging opportunities to demonstrate his innovative spirit and proven capabilities. Steve is a member of the board of directors for the Lodi Memorial Hospital Foundation, GOT Kids Foundation and Lodi Chamber of Commerce. He is also an avid community supporter who has contributed time and donations to numerous local groups and charities, sharing his successful tenure as one of the most prominent construction figures in Northern California.

Dr. Joseph VanVo

Dr. Joseph VanVo is currently an Adj Professor of Real Estate Investment & Finance at California State University, Sacramento; and formerly Chair of the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) & Doctor of Education (EdD) in Leadership at Argosy University Los Angeles, and subsequently Argosy University Dean of the College of Business & Information Technology. An investment specialist in support of the U.S. sanctioned Overseas Immigrant Investor Program, Joseph has been instrumental in the $150 million EB5 investment of a $500 million 5-Star hotel project near Los Angeles International Airport in 2016; additionally, a $720 million PPP investment for the New City in Vietnam during the 2012 – 2015 real estate construction boom.

ABDUL EJAZ

Abdul has represented a wide range of clients in Land and Investment deals. He has completed over $300 Million in development and resale transactions in his young career. He has developed great relationships with his investors with his attention to detail during each step of the transaction. He has worked with a wide range of local and national firms to advance his understanding of contract negotiations. Abdul takes pride in his relationships and treats each transaction as it is his own money at risk.
